




Vishakha is a voluntary organization founded in 1991, working for women, youth & marginalized communities' empowerment. Key litigant in landmark Vishakha Guidelines (1997) against workplace sexual harassment. Works across Rajasthan on combating violence, SRHR, leadership building & mental health. Vision: re-establish women's individual identity through rights-based approach, challenging power relations & ensuring equitable development. Provides technical support to UNICEF in multiple states. Emerged post-Deorala Sati protests by academics & activists.
