Safe, Dignified and Inclusive Workplace

At Vishakha, we are committed to ensuring a safe, dignified, and gender-just workplace. We uphold a zero-tolerance approach towards sexual harassment and discrimination, in alignment with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

Beyond legal compliance, we strive to foster an organisational culture rooted in respect, accountability, and collective responsibility. Every member of our team, including staff, interns, volunteers, and partners, has the right to work in an environment free from harassment and intimidation.

As mandated by the POSH Act, Vishakha has constituted an Internal Committee to address complaints in a fair, confidential, and time-bound manner.
