At Vishakha, we are committed to ensuring a safe, dignified, and gender-just workplace. We uphold a zero-tolerance approach towards sexual harassment and discrimination, in alignment with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
