Training and courses

Our training and capacity building work is grounded in ongoing engagement on issues of gender, violence, SRHR, and wellbeing. Over the years, this work has also contributed to building knowledge and resources, with us increasingly emerging as a technical support for organisations and institutions working on these issues.

Through participatory and reflective processes, we engage with diverse stakeholders to deepen understanding and strengthen gender-responsive and contextually rooted practices.

We Offer

Training on gender, socialization, power and patriarchy

These trainings unpack how gender norms, power relations, and socialisation shape everyday experiences and inequalities. Participants are supported to critically reflect on their own contexts and build more gender-responsive perspectives and practices.

Training on gender transformative  approaches

We work with organisations and practitioners to move beyond awareness towards transformative change. These trainings focus on challenging norms, shifting power, and integrating gender-equitable approaches into programmes, institutions, and community processes.

Healing and collective care process

(Utsavpoorna Hon Hamare Sangharsh)

We facilitate reflective spaces for activists and practitioners to reconnect with their emotional wellbeing and experiences. These processes build resilience and sustain engagement through collective care, grounded in feminist values of solidarity and healing
