Jai is actively engaged in building constitutional awareness among community members in Bagru. His work involves initiating conversations around rights, equality, and justice in everyday life and helping people reflect on how the Constitution connects with their lived realities. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts, has completed an ITI course, and is currently in the second year of his Master’s in Social Work.
He values listening to people’s life journeys and believes that meaningful change begins with understanding and dialogue. His presence in the field is grounded, attentive, and led by curiosity.
Outside of work, Jai enjoys singing and playing cricket, activities that bring him joy and connection beyond the field.
