Narendra has been associated with Vishakha since 2014, when the organisation began its work in Salumbar. As a community facilitator, he has worked closely with women and adolescent girls, drawing on his background in sociology to engage with local realities and respond to people’s needs with care and clarity.

He supports individuals in accessing health and education-related services, whether by helping them fill out forms, providing referrals, or offering guidance around available government schemes. In his work, he tries to ensure that information and support reach those who may otherwise be left out.

Narendra focuses on strengthening girls’ and women’s sense of self and capacity. He plays an active role in building connections, encouraging participation, and creating a space where they feel seen and supported. His documentation work and field presence are steady and consistent, contributing to smoother processes and better reach.

Known for his warm and friendly nature, Narendra enjoys being part of a supportive environment. He values everyday conversations, laughter, and ease in relationships, believing that genuine connection is at the heart of impactful work.
