Bherki Kumari is a community facilitator in Gathed Panchayat, working closely with adolescent girls through group discussions and one-on-one conversations. She helps them voice their challenges, understand social issues, and think about their futures, especially around education and self-reliance. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts and has recently joined Vishakha.

Bherki believes that with awareness and skills, girls can move forward with confidence. She often encourages them to continue their education and learn practical skills like stitching to support financial autonomy.

Her quiet strength lies in her ability to connect, explain patiently, and offer steady encouragement. Outside work, she enjoys good food and finds joy in sajhna-sawarna, caring for herself and expressing her personality through her appearance.
