Kalavati is a dedicated grassroots worker with years of experience in engaging closely with women and adolescent girls through everyday conversations, trust-building, and continuous presence. Her work is centred around listening deeply, understanding real-life situations, and walking alongside those who seek support. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Education and has completed Nursery Teacher Training in Bikaner.
With sensitivity and care, Kalavati helps girls and women navigate challenges related to health, relationships, and difficult circumstances. She offers steady guidance through regular presence and non-judgmental conversations, always striving to connect people with the support they need.
She has a strong focus on SRHR (sexual and reproductive health and rights) and connects with people in contextual, creative ways often using locally composed songs to open space for reflection and dialogue in ways that feel familiar and safe.
Her work is guided by patience, love, and a deep understanding of ground realities. She believes in finding pathways forward together with warmth, creativity, and a commitment to staying connected.
