Nilesh Kumar Suthar joined Vishakha in 2023 as a teacher and has been learning through close engagement with women and adolescent girls. He approaches his work with a spirit of curiosity and care, open to learning, sharing, and growing alongside the communities he works with. He holds a bachelor's degree in ars.

He supports the facilitation of group activities, conducts basic computer learning sessions, and helps with coaching for young learners. Nilesh believes in the importance of discipline, clarity of purpose, and following through with responsibilities. He actively tries to stay focused on the agenda while remaining respectful and attentive to the needs of those around him.

Through his work, Nilesh hopes to contribute to making individuals, especially young girls and women, more informed, confident, and capable of making their own decisions. For him, empowerment means learning the skills to live life on one’s terms with self-respect and awareness. He finds joy in reading, especially motivational books that inspire clarity, strength, and self-belief.
