Rajnandini Oraon is a research and documentation associate at Vishakha, where she supports field visits, facilitates collective learning processes, and strengthens local engagement. She holds a Master’s in Education (Early Childhood Care and Education) from Azim Premji University, Bhopal, and a Bachelor's in Social Work from Mangalore University, Karnataka. Her work draws from both academic training and on-ground experience, with a focus on inclusion, learning, and community connection. She joined Vishakha recently.

Before joining Vishakha, Rajnandini volunteered with Himalayan Pragati Organisation, supporting individuals aspiring to pursue higher education by helping them navigate opportunities and application processes. She values an understanding of local culture, geography, and social context as essential to meaningful field engagement.

She believes in creating environments where people feel heard, supported, and encouraged to grow; not just individually, but collectively.
