Field facilitation with adolescent girls and women
Supporting girls in crisis situation
Community outreach and awareness-building
Rupi has been working with Vishakha since 2015, leading field engagement in the Malpur area. She works closely with adolescent girls and women, supporting them in identifying challenges, speaking up about their experiences, and accessing help, especially in situations involving violence or emotional distress. She holds a master's degree in Hindi literature.
Having begun her journey as a community facilitator, Rupi has grown steadily into her role and is now preparing to transition into the role of a Field Centre Lead, carrying with her years of experience, insight, and relationship-building. Her presence in the field is marked by patience, consistency, and a quiet strength that encourages trust. She brings with her a deep, localised, and nuanced understanding of the communities she works with.
Outside of work, she enjoys drawing and travelling, activities that nurture her creativity and offer moments of peace.
