Shivdayal has been associated with Vishakha since 2002, contributing across different phases of its journey.. His involvement encompasses important areas such as health, education, constitutional awareness and leadership building.

Deeply rooted in local realities, Shivdayal uses creative tools like songs and group performances to spark reflection on pressing social issues. These expressions emerge from within the community itself, often co-created with youth groups and field teams, and serve as entry points for conversation, learning, and collective thinking.

He is an active member of the communication team, where he supports awareness-building efforts and helps design locally relevant messages on topics like education access, health rights, and the Constitution. He regularly works with Yuva Saathis (youth peers), encouraging them to reflect, share, and connect through group processes.

For Shivdayal, change begins through dialogue, whether in casual group discussions or collective performances. He believes in supporting people not only through information, but through shared understanding and respectful presence.
